Warranty Policy for Empress Studio

Warranty (if any) will be displayed on the product page. It is mainly categorized as below:

Original Manufacturer / Distributor Warranty

This warranty covers products under the original manufacturer or distributor warranty. The warranty item should be sent to the manufacturer or distributor concerned directly for service or repair. Empress Studio will not be liable if the manufacturer or distributor fails to perform the warranty service.

Empress Studio Supplier Warranty

This warranty covers products directly imported by us. The import set is exactly the same as the local set, with differences mainly in the warranty. Import products may have different packaging, bundled accessories, free gifts, or default language packs installed by the manufacturer.

Details:

  • Coverage: Defects in manufacturing only.
  • Exclusions: Wear and tear, misuse, abnormal use, negligence, alteration, physical or accidental damage, loss, and theft.
  • Repair Costs: Covered by Empress Studio within the warranty period (refer to the product page for the warranty period).
  • Warranty Card: Retain the warranty card together with the sales slip for warranty purposes.
  • Returns: Visit any of our retail outlets or return the product to us at your own cost. We will then return the repaired product to you at our cost. Inform us by email prior to any returns for arrangement details and return address.

Warranty on Used Products

Used or second-hand products come with a 30-day warranty from the day of purchase. Empress Studio will attempt to repair and service the product. If repair is not possible, a 1-to-1 exchange will be offered. If neither repair nor exchange can resolve the issue, a refund will be provided.
